It is in the constitution so they will always say they have the right. If any Europeans say anything they will be respond with that this was the exactly the reason that they all left in the first place. Funny well not so funny thing is that they end up killing each other by accident more often than not. Noone can get it into their heads that if there are guns available they will be used. In actual fact if the constiution is actually read correctly it doesn't say that they have a right to carry guns and could have been misinterepted.

Your first sentence has no relevance to your second sentence, so why don't you go back to your politico blackboard and try developing a more intelligent question. And work on your punctuation. You have two complete, albeit ignorant, questions there. A comma isn't the correct punctuation to separate the two, and you have no conjuction to connect the two without punctuation. And sentences are begun with capital letters, so, go work on your grammar a while, and then on your thought processes, and in a year or two you'll be ready to ask a sensible and relevant question. Oh, and your spelling sucks too. It's "license", not "licence". Get with it!! God Bless you.

The problem of courase lies with The Founding Fathers of that great nation. When they cam to write it all down, it was a hot day and they decided that everyone should have the right to "bare arms". Unfortunately it got misinterpreted by the scribe as the right to "bear arms" and the resultant mess is what we see today!
An alternative theory is that everyone could carry a gun solely for the purposes of culling Grizzlies that raided your garbage, but they kind of forgot that was the original idea too!

If I hadn't owned a gun, my son and I would be dead right now. Guns are never the problem, we wouldn't need guns if those that abuse every law under the sun were properly punished. That was the only time in the 10 years that I owned a gun that I used it, and I'm glad I had it around.

How can you make something that was made righteous by the founding fathers illegal? The right to bare arms is not intended for murder stupid, its to give the bearer the right to protect themselves. Hell why don't you also take away the right to express and have public gatherings? And free speak while you're at it?

This a completely ridiculous statement. Did you know that there is a town in GA where every person is required to own a gun? This town has the lowest crime right in US history. There is not burglary, no murder and no rape. Would you try to victimize some one if you knew they had a gun. GUN CONTROL IS NOT THE ANSWER - - EDUCATION IS THE KEY!!!

because they claim that the right to carry arms is in the constitution, and there is also so much money in the arms business, and they have such high powered supporters and lobbyists that no-one would dare vote against carrying guns as they know they would not get in at the next election.

Because the right to arms is stated in the constitution. Whether it is right or not, it's not something that can just be taken out.
