I don't have Vonage, but I have ATT through the internet, which is the same concept. I like it enough, but if you ever have trouble with your internet connection, then you lose the phone. Also, all lines in your home have to be connected to the phone connected to the internet and the only way that can be done is if you have more than one headset of the same phone. That was a major drawback for me cuz those phones that come with two headsets cost a lot. However, the cost is great and you can get online and see all the numbers that you have called or that have called you as well as other useful information.
