Looking for 70s or 80s movie,?

Two girls with white hair get left behind on Earth, their pet has 3 legs is furry, and eats coal and drinks gasoline. They meet a boy that lets them stay with his grandpa because he knows the are not normal, he tries to teach the oldest one to drive a motorcylce, they go to a picnic, and their pet drinks all the gasoline out of the cars.

I remember that movie!!!! The girls were sisters and they didn't know how to open a pop can dammit now I want to know the name of this movie.
