Cool, they're usually really shy. A leveret is a baby hare, and will usually stay put in its mother's 'form' (they dig a shallow nest, rather than a burrow) trusting that its colouring and stillness will help ie escape from predators.

I have seen plenty, living in the country like I do. What is the question? Pretty obvious "has anyone else seen a leveret?".
