Why svientists not find answer to question"Who am I?". Why do they continuously research in useless fields?

but finally they will stumble upon this question
they are headed towards this even if thet don't know.

Why cannot scientists find an answer to the question "Who am I?". And why do they ‎continuously research in useless fields?‎

I assume that when you refer to 'scientists' you mean of physics, chemistry, genetic ‎engineering, biology .. Etc, in other words, the science of the materialistic existence, ‎and not parapsychology, telepathy, mental and spiritual powers, etc, which are ‎somewhat classified as a different track of science.‎

In answering part one, I'd say because the question "Who am I?" is of a spiritual ‎nature while the materialistic sciences deal with everything else. Simply, the question ‎does not apply to their tools, criteria or scope.‎

The second part, they continue to research the physical in the hope they can someday ‎find information in the structure of matter and the physical existence that can help ‎them understand the spirit more. They hope to be able to see the world with the help ‎of more dimensions so the new dimensions that they expect to be of a mixed nature ‎‎(spiritual and material) can help them see more into the nature of the spirit. In this ‎sense, we may be at fault to believe that ALL scientific fields are useless. Take ‎quantum physics, for example. It is a materialistic leap into the mixed dimensions of ‎existence. In that realm, the mind is flabbergasted in the presence of more than 24 ‎dimensions for an object compared to the Newtonian world of two and the Einstein’s ‎of 4. ‎

However, our mistake today as scientists, is that we had not given enough attention to ‎the inner world of man; the spiritual and mental powers because we were impressed ‎with our discoveries in the material worlds since the sixteenth century. Many ancient ‎philosophies could have been developed into genuine sciences if we gave them some ‎serious research. Examples are the Confucianism, Buddhism, Sanskrit culture and the ‎like. We can only approach the reality of our being and consequently feel we are in ‎the right track to answer the question "Who am I?" if we redirect the focus inward; ‎towards the self and the intricate works of the mind and spirit.

Even then, I will not be ‎very optimistic about a clear answer, as long as we are going to receive that answer ‎through our limited tools of comprehension, understanding and knowledge. And that’s exactly why ‎scientists continue to research more and more of the material world to gather some ‎new tools that can help understand the answer when it comes by.‎

The reason is that, "Who am I?" is a philosophical question and might not help them save the human race. Those fields are not useless; biologists research about the environment and how to keep a stable ecosystem; astronomers are looking for ways to prevent a cosmic disaster and maybe a new home for mankind in case people mess this plant up, and there are more.

I would not say that their fields are useless. They help mankind in so many things. The truth is, that is how they feel they answer the question "Who am I?" By going on to the field they love, they discover many things about themselves and learn who they are.

not only , we all are the products of the combination of elements made in the bilogical factories inside the physiological factories located in two differnt locations . just like every product is made in mode into a finished one by processes done in moe than one location , we have been made in factories made in two locations.
First in the th eprostate gland of a man and thn in the womb of a woman. It is in the factory of he womb tha the major work is done to finish the product and tune it on to a fuctional level , The devices requiored for the inputs , the hardware needed or registering the memory , the soft required for the basic operting system etc are perfectly installed in the factory of the womb in perfectly controlled temperature ,in a chmber located in between the the urinary sac and the rectum located at the end of the large intestine , he oxfgen requiered for the creatrion and maitenance of life is supplied by the luungs of the mother and pumped by her heart to the foeatus with her blood through the umblical card while the foeatus is kept immersed in protective liquid till the child develops fully and pushed out into the world .
Before that you never existed as what you were while being born though all the matter that your boy is composed of has existed for zillions ans zillions of years and would also live for zillions andzillions of years , despite its being processed into some othr being , or made into some other thing animate or inanimate . So you never ceased to exist and would never cease to exis . you do not die at all but get changed and you get continuously re-incarnated into so many things . your activities create a maya that you are something apart fom the mater you are made of . What call the soul is like the sweetness of the sugar crystal. Once you pour a drop of sulphuric acid on a sugar crystal , what happens is that the acid absorbs the hydrogen molecules in the sugar crystal and reduces the sugar crystal into the carbon molecules the combination of which produced the sugar crystal . if you can now tell me wherethe sugar's sweetness which was very much present in the crystal ,
to your knowledge , is gone I will show you the souls of all the persons who died on the face of the earth over so many zillions of years.
Tbhis is what the bhagavad - Gita teaches you while it says that you never die and you are born in so many beings aftr your death and that you never ceased to exist and tha this life is like a shirt which you will hav eto discord sooner or latter.
You must know that sould ( the manifestation of life ) need a body to exist and it can not exist without a physical body .It is like the memory registered in teh hard disc of a computer . wher will it go when the memory is eraced? . Further the life is said to cease only when you forget everything - when the brain is dead . .If ther is a trace of memory life is not dead . so assuming that the souls exists independentaly how does it remember any thing ? does it have a brain ? when water is in a cup it has a pysical presence and existnce a nd when it is heated and evaporated , will it be contained in a particular spot ? When the electric bulb burnes we see light .when it is switched off wher does the glow go and reside ? Soul is like that . It does not exist .. It is the like the phenomenan of the movement of the clock creaed by the tension in the unwiding spiring .Once unwound wher does the tension go ?
You and i are nothing other than the products of the combinatiion of the biological compound made by bilogical creature . Because it has some wondweful qualities of thinking and doing , it does not mean that it is made by an design by an beinmg which itself needed braeathing air to live .
If god blew into the nostril of the man made after his image . god has an image of the man and has a mouth like like him and all the syatems - biological systems like him and if he blew , he was breathing and he had a lung and he himself needed air to live .
Since the human brain has been installed with some old outdated operating system ,it is unable to operate with any new sogft ware and always encounters software in compatibility even in the case of great scientists ! may be the systenm wouild get upgraded in due course by dicarding the useless incomaptible soft ware .
