sure do.. your baby's heart just started beating and it starts out slow and will pick up soon! you may have even caught it as it was just starting.. how amazing :)
it could be as low as 50-60 even those first few days of beating.. don't let these 130's scare you that everyone else is saying

I'm confused... is there a heart beat or not?
Not heartbeat showing may mean a miscarriage. A transvaginal is closer to the fetus, and can show more detail.
I had a transvaginal at 3 months, because the doctor was convinced I was wrong about my LMP. It showed I was ten weeks, not 12. He then sent me to the hospital for their ultrasound, which shows breathing, movement, and heartbeat. It showed no movement or heartbeat. It did show a deformity of which they would not tell me, or the gender, or the possible cause of miscarriage.
I would suggest you get more information from your doctor or other doctor's, especially since you have been under treatments for cancer and this was an IVF.

if you saw a heartbeat THEN later saw no heartbeat the baby has passed away. Your question was very unclear. If you saw a heartbeat that was to slow the doctor would talk to you about the possibilities if there seemed to be a issue...if nothing was said the doc is not worried at all neither should you! You said the ultrasound showed a slow beat THEN SAID DID NOT SHOW A HEARTBEAT so a tad confused. GOOD LUCK. I lost a baby at 10 weeks the hardest thing i even went Thur!

Who did this ultrasound? Because if a doctors office did it they would have told you whether your baby's heartbeat was normal or not! So either some yahoo that doesn't know what they're doing performed it, or you're just wigging out for no reason. Sounds like you need another doctor, if the one you saw can't tell you what a normal fetal heartrate is!

honey you are perfectly okay. I am pregnant too... the futher you get into your pregnancy the baby's heart beat slows down. Your doctor should have told you how fast it was. It will start off at like 160...then by your next visit it will drop to 150 then to 140 then to 130. As long as you are in between that 130 to 160 mark....your baby boy or girl is healthy.
Good luck hun

It is so early it is hard to say. Right at the time of that ultrasound, things were good. Often times a heartbeat isn't detected until almost 8 weeks.

Yes, Everything is OK. You shud only go by ur Gynaecologist, she/he wud hve been alarmed and called immediately if there was a concern. Normally the ultrasound result take time to reach the Doctor's office, but if there is a problem they immediately call up and let the doctor know
Don't worry

it all depends on how slow it is.. and how far a long you are.. babys heart rates are usually from 130 to 160!! You need to give more information for a accruat answer.. but if you feel that your baby isn't doing good.. go to the doctor and ask him.. if there was anything wrong with your baby they should tell you.. but if you ever have questions you should ask your doctor..

I had my fordt ultrasound at 5 weeks...I had the vaginal one also...I saw the heartbeat...maybe they were at the wrong angle to see it...go for another one in a week or so. Or go to your Dr and get the ultrasound results to see if anything was wrong. MY first one was a blighted ovum...sperm and egg met but did not develop.
