Being gay has little to do with having sex with someone of the same gender. While that is apart of it, its not the only factor. Think about it, are you not considered heterosexual until you lose your virginity? No. You are gay if you are attracted to the same sex whether it be physically or otherwise. Most homosexual females are more emotionally attracted to females so they chose to date them. Same goes for men. I know many gays or bisexuals that have yet to have sex with anyone, but they are gay.
