Oil of Olay Quench, Aveno, and Lubriderm are the best. Don't over exfoliate if your skin is really dry - just use a body wash with moisturizers, like Ribbons (Dove brand maybe?) and it will help the shower water from over drying.

Olay is wonderful, as is Nuetrogena. There are numerous prescription lotions that a dermatologist can prescribe, for you, as well. Over the counter moisturizers can be tricky, b/c each is structured differently, for specific levels of dryness. **For cracked, dry heels and elbows, the greatest thing I've ever found is "BAG BALM." It's truly amazing. **Look for products labelled "non-comedogenic" if using on your face. These products won't clog your pores. Be well.

You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck to you.
