my friend is still driving me crazy,by rubbing her self against me,she still insists on wearing revealing tops!I told her if she did not stop,she would be in for a big surprise!I don't mind being teased,but this woman is supposed to be like a little sister to me.
Do you think I should kiss her? My instincts tell me to!

You are older, so the answer is no. You also don't mention if she's over 18. I suggest you stay farrrrr away from her.
