Probably not. I'm overweight and I have no PMS at all. I have heard that certain foods like cabbage are supposed to work really well. Good luck!

No losing weight won't help with PMS but exercising will. Try walking or doing crunches. They might feel un comfortable but they do help.(I'm not sure why)Good luck to ya...
