nah higher end moisturisers are just as effective a the drugstore brands it is the marketing strategy that makes people feel that they would be better. The best one still is Cetaphil !

Hi, I use a body serum and body lotion from a company called Arbonne. My skin became very dry from a medication I was taking and I was itching to death. Now my skin is soft and healed no more itching. I only have to use once a day. I use to have to put the OTC lotions on 2-3 times a day, but would still itch in the night. You can check it out at their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck to you.

The best one on the market that works great for my skin & my mothers has to be "nivea for dry skin".In a test to find the best moisturizer it got no.1.They did it on the skin of potatoes & while all the others failed it was the only one that worked. So try it!

alright here goes..

if you want to go high-end, you better be prepared to shell out at least--- 200 bucks.. and that would be Creme de La Mer (yes, the one that most actresses use) and its awesome.. next would be lancome then clinique ddml (dramatically different moisturizing lotion)

there are a ton more..but it depends on your likes.. and allergies.. do a patch test first on yourself..
