i used to be able to feel my cervix but it has gradually gotten higher and now i cant feel it at all. is this normal? im 20 weeks pregnant with twins.

I think that the uterus is anchored to the body at the bottom (near the cervix). It might tilt some as the uterus grows and protrudes out from above the pelvis. The cervix does "shorten" somewhat during effacement, but I hope you are not effacing yet. That is preparation for labor...Although you can be a certain percentage effaced for several weeks before you deliver.

I'm 20 weeks SAME thing it's so high now i can not hardly reach it earlier in pregnancy is was lower IT'S NORMAL FINE. CONGRATS I'm due December 27Th so I'm almost 21 weeks.

But to answer this question..Yes..Don't worry..you and the babies are fine..I didn't want you to think I didn't get back to you because i did..I wrote a huge message then I got the oops page from yahoo...whatever that meant.
