Shoot, girl, you grew up in a city. Mine was the largest class ever to graduate from our high school. There were 32 of us. For fun, we had a theater that was only open Saturday and Sunday nights, and a Zesto (kind of a Dairy Queen affair) that was open till 7:00pm. Us boys used to choose up sides and have fist fights for something to do. I don't know what the girls did.

All of the above. From the time I was 6 months old until I was 10, we moved every 6-12 months because of my dad's job with a large grocery store chain. I lived in big cities like Ft. Worth and also on a farm where it was a 1/4 mile just to get to the road where the mailbox was (we rode horses to get the mail, that was cool) and 5 miles to town, and the school bus picked me up at my front door.

I grew up in a very rural place, at the time anyway, but I went to an area wide high school and there were over 300 people in my graduating class.
