You should feel confident that you are a beautiful young woman and ignore your class mates. The girls are most likely not very happy that you are more advanced then they are and the boy you should ignore because in the fifth grade, boys aren't to bright. Have confidence in yourself first and then everything else will come later. I know it is hard right now for you but know in your heart it will get better. I was in your shoes when I was in the Third grade so I understand. Its going to be hard but in the end you will come out on top.

I think that the girls are jealous of you, that's why they make fun of you. The boys are just immature. You can't change your body, but don't get insulted by anyone. Act normally like nothing happened and if any girl makes fun of you, tell them that if they ever get a period or something then they won't know to deal with it and no one will help them. You have much more experience than them, and they should look up to you, instead. They are lucky to live in a good environment where they have their families to guide them through hard times. Sometimes, orphans can't handle it properly and they die.
Don't worry too much about it and also in general, every person in the world gets made fun of. Tell those girls that if they know how it feels to be made fun of, having a period is much worse.
Also, for fun, you can scare them by saying that having a period is much worse than it really is, etc.

well it isnt as bad as how i started.. i started at the end of 3rd grade.. sounds bad doesnt it? i had to go to the nurses office every month because of my period and i had huge cramps, fatigueness, and i had no clue how to deal with it. but hey, its a part of growing up and becoming a woman so just ignore everyone else. at least now, your period will most likely end a few years before the rest of your friend`s periods end.

Don't worry, the girls are just jealous. But be careful with the guys, don't let anyone take advantage of you. Some boys are nice and will want to go out with you for who you are, but some may just want to show off to his mates (my girlfreind has bigger boobs than yours!) Talk to your mum and be careful. But remeber be proud of yourself and be happy for who you are.

just ignore everyone and concentrate on getting good grades. all the girls will have their periods soon , so dont worry about them. and the guys will think everyone is hot (they will be so full of hormones they wont even be able to see straight) so dont worry about them either.

Girl they hating b/c you matured faster than them. They are jelous. Asure them that they will get their turn in time. Make them feel like its better to not have curves and puberty. Tell them you wish you didn't have them. It will make them feel good about who they are and you still get the guys.
