Think about going to a credit union or apply for a credit card. Providian and Beneficial do bad credit personnal loans, so they might be your best bet.

Do you own a home? There's always a line of credit using that.

Don't go to one of those auto title places. That's way too high interest and many lose their vehicles.

Do you have any retirement or life insurance that you can take a loan on? I just took out a few hundred from my 501(3)b for an emergency.

Did you try a credit union?? Credit unions are usually more leniant than banks...Or is this something that you could use a credit card for? Just remember that everytime you apply for a loan it affects your credit rating.

first of all, dont go and try every bank.
i went to my bank for a small loan and they denied me. then i went to another different bank and they denied me too.
when you do this, your credit score falls everytime you apply for a loan. so be carefull.
you can always try going to small branches like PayDay Loans or others like that. they might give you a loan. i dont know if it will be over 500$. but you can try.

Find someone that does a lot of Refi's. They will usually loan you the money at a higher rate (like 10-14%) because you are more of a risk. Good luck.

Try another bank, or a credit union.

Or better yet, save up the money yourself. That way you'll be earning interest on it instead of paying interest.

Do you have any way of securring the loan? If you don't, no lending institution will float a loan. You may have to go to family/friends, etc.

i grow to be going to do my popular ingredient and skim your question, take methodical notes on who you save in contact with and then merely flow on without answering. yet what i imagine you may want to do is say "by no skill options, I merely remembered seeing a sparkling Mercedes in the workers motor vehicle park. i'd be lurking round outdoors with a house brick till you % up".
