First, you can drink TOO much! Second, are you getting much sleep? Third, the dark area is natural for everyone - only models that have been airbrushed don't appear to have the dark area (which is actually due to thin delicate skin!). I use a produce by Neutrogena with copper as a coverup for my undereye area. It is supposed to help strengthen your skin their and the tint is a little yellow - to help cover up the darkness. Clinique makes a great eye cream you can use 2x a day called "all about eyes" that will keep that area healthy too.
You are 14 - you shouldn't worry so much about this stuff! Get lots of sleep, eat healthy, you're just fine!

Usually darkness under the eyes is from stress and lack of sleep. Try getting some more sleep and they will probably go away. Also before you go to bed use a face/eye creme that will treat the under eye area. You can also use teabags under the eyes or cucumber slices (put them over the eyes and relax for a while 5 minutes or so) they use this as treatment in spas. Also try to do a facial once a month to improve your skin and completion.

You need to get more sleep. Use concealer until they go away. Put some warm damp green tea bags on them for fifteen minutes once a day.

it's possibly because of lack of sleep or too uch stress or that kinda stuff.
Anyway, massage, not rub, but massage that area under the eye. It helps the blood and the vessels there.
