Depends on where you live. There are always boots at Walmart, but I also live in Texas. I would try a western store. They are listed in the phone book

I know in Ventura, California they have a place called the Boot Barn i don't know if they have a website. but just go on line and google it or something.

value village and thrift shops sell cowboy boots.My sister has black ones from Italy she got at value village check there.She got hers for 10$ go look.
