i have gotten pain in my right ovary so that's what it feels like. and it hurts really bad when my partner is going to climax. because he's inserting it in very deep at that point

Normally one should not. In my opinion you must be having pelvic inflammatory disease.

You should go to the doctor asap.
I have had something like this happen before and it turned out that I have cystic ovaries. Go before it becomes more painful.
