A water hose or scrubbing with light soap should do the trick. Crocs also has a product called crocsbutter. It is supposed to restore your crocs to their original shine. I haven't tried it yet; but I have yet to be disappointed by any of the crocs items I've bought.
While they are not the most appealing clogs/shoes by looks, they are the most comfortable. I have five pairs in pink, light blue, orange (coral), khaki and sage (dk. green/olive). They are the best for just about anything except a formal dinner or wedding.

If they are just dirty, like if I have walked in mud with them, I just toss them in the shower and by the time I am done showering, they're clean. The website recommends water and 10% bleach to get any bacteria your sweat may leave on the shoes.
I used to do the washing mashine technique, but I've had it rip my strap off (breaking the strap) and I know others who have had the same issue with this technique.

The easiest way to do it is to throw them in the laundry with a load of clothes. If they are really dirty, you can spray some shout or something similar on them first. Make sure you put them in with other laundry as the friction from the other fabrics help with the cleaning process. Do NOT put them in the dryer!

Garden hose with a spray nozzle.
If they are oily or dirty, use dishwashing soap.

I have a friend who puts hers in the dishwasher, I wouldn't wash them with dishes though!
