I googled "sewing pattern for barbie" and found these sites.

http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/barbie.html (scroll down to the bottom for the sewing patterns)

http://www.perestroika.ca/html2/vest/vest.htm

http://www.jessica-tromp.nl/poppenpatronen_dollpatterns.htm (There's a skirt, shirt, and dress pattern on this site. Scroll down to where it says "patterns are from embyquinn.tripod.com" and click on the 2 buttons on the far right where it says " how to make these patterns")
