a) Make sure you're wearing something that flatters you and that you love. When you look good, you feel good- it boosts your self confidence
b) Be confident. Don't be afraid to mingle and talk to people you don't know. Have fun.
Someone who's well dressed, and appears to be comfortable and confident will definitely look "attractive".

Have fun. Enjoy yourself and the company of the people you're with. Don't be obviously on the prowl. Nothing is more attractive than someone who is comfortable in their surroundings and having a great time.

wear a cotton Saree, fully covered, with little bracelets, if you look different that itself shall attract people. don't participate in drinking and smoking even if you are habitual. don't take non veg. these things shall be noticed unnoticed by you and shall tend to have magnetism. never speak aloud and only whisper around!!

Be your normal self.
dont have to be too showy or too talkative, which some people tend to overdo..
afterall, the rules vary from situation to situation...the type of party u r attending..

walk around alot and make sure alotta ppl kno u.
if u can breakdance.. definitely a plus.
