There are alot of things that work for people. Some things to try (since you dont know what will work for you) is Saltine crackers (plain bland crackers), ginger ale, black licorice, a plain piece of white bread, eating tiny meals/snacks through out the day rather than larger meals, avoiding fatty/greasy foods, avoid spicy foods, avoid caffine.
I have heard of some women saying that the following helped them personally:
Sea Bands-a soft wrist band that you can buy at the local pharmacy that you wear tightly on your wrist. There is a hard ball in the band that hits a pressure point ont he inside of your wrist that heps prevent nausea.
Lemon Wedges-The theory behind this is that if you are nauseated, and take a bite, your brain will react to both feelings (bitterness and nausea) and the bitterness is stronger so it wins out. (never tried this one personally though).
Ginger- crystalized ginger, ginger tea, ginger ale, or even chewing on a piece of actual ginger root.
Eat Protien with Carbohydrates- a few women told me they felt better after eating cheese and crackers, or a tuna fish sand (if you can stand the smell) or any combo of carbs and protien together.
What I found/find helpful from my OWN personal experience is Saltine Cracker and Ginger Ale. Dont chug the ginger ale...just sip it. It also helps to take some of the fizz out of the soda first...either shake it up or stir it vigorously around with a straw/spoon until it gets all bubbly and keep doing that until most of the fizz is gone (fizz only adds air to the stomach and that in itself can make you feel worse). I also found it helpful to eat a million little meals a day...it's lke I am CONSTANTLY eating SOMETHING...even if it is just a small package of crackers or a few grapes...always munching on something...(I feel liek I shoudl be gaining 100 lbs for eating so much already...haha).
If none of the remedies work for you, you can take TUMS to help out if needbe. Dont take too many (read the package or ask your doctor). Also be aware that you can only take TUMS...Rolaids are not okay to take during pregnancy. I woudl consult your OB before starting any antacids or anythign first just to make sure they are safe for your specific situation.
Congrast, by the way! Good Luck to ya! ;)

Eat 6 small meals a day. And if you way u wake up in the middle of the night to pee or get something to drink. Eat a small healthy snack like some fruit, alot of times an empty stomach will trigger nausea.

What worked well for my wife that also did not involve any drugs was this wristband she got from our physician.
Magna Bands relieve motion sickness, sea sickness and morning sickness by applying pressure on the P6 acupressure point under your wrist.

Try ginger ale and ginger pills. But really, they don't help a whole lot. You really just have to deal with it until it goes away at about 14 weeks (if you are lucky).

Crackers and water. I had twins and was EXTREMELY sick for the first 4 months of my pregnancy. Just hold on - it'll pass!
Congratulations!

Plain old yellow potato chips worked best for me,
and dry regular Cheerios.
