We have two computers...my husband's desktop shortcut buttons are smaller than mine....how can I get mine that way? On Windows xp..

right click the mouse on your desktop, select display properties, select advanced options, desktop items comes up and just click change icon.

On windows XP, go to START, then CONTROL PANEL. On the left side, on the top it will say 'change to classic settings'-----click that. Then the screen should change. Go to DISPLAY. The far right tab says SETTINGS--go there. The SCREEN SIZE is on the display at the bottom. change that to your liking!!!!!

is taskbar also smaller? cause if everything is smaller, maybe he customized it that way by re-setting the screen resolution, so try that, right-click on you desktop anywhere, then click on "properties", then click on "settings", then set the screen resolution the way you want it.
