My stag do is in newcastle this weekend what are good pubs and clubs to go to

Go to a gay bar. And try and speak english most of these kids dont know what the heck you are talking about.

Theres loads of good pubs, clubs and bars to visit:
The Mushroom Bar - nice bar, plays some good music, seems to be popular with hen parties and occasional stag parties
The Baron and Baroness - near the life centre, also gay friendly but it is quite novel because it is like a castle inside which I think is quite cool
The Union Rooms - good for cheap drinks!
Lloyds Bar - in The Gate, also good for cheap music, but plays music unlike the Union Rooms
... not so knowledgable on clubs, but Attic is usually alright, other clubs that a lot of people seem to like are Digital and Ikon (you have to like your RnB music if you go there though!)

ones they sell booze in/ failing that my aunties house is three yard from the station and she takes in injured stags- have a great nite and may god bless your bride!
