I use dove unscented for sensitive skin - soap. Used with Hot Water, and a Gentle touch of wash cloth. Then use a simple baby oil massaged in.

If your skin is sensitive, I would suggest buying the pink BufPuf and using that to lightly smooth off the flaky skin -- with something like body or face soap. You might consider asking your physician about the redness -- it could be just sensitivity or it could be a skin condition they could help you with.

My wife had the same skin issues as you did too and I have a couple ways how you can fight this.
Natural Tea Oil is a great source for antioxidants. Try eating dried figs too hahaha its true and it worked. Use soap often and warm water in your bathes.
I really hope that your skin will be cured! Good luck!

you should try natural exfoliators like oatmeal.
i use Aveeno medicated w/ oatmeal and salycic acid. the oatmeal exfoliates and salycic acid helps with breakouts.
-but it may be a little harsh
you could also try MDformulations. ive found that it exfoliates very well on my sensitive skin. You can find it at sephora.

If you have redness are you sure it's not Roseacea? Get on Yahoo health and check it out? If it is Metrogel is good. I have this problem and I am using Eucerin Redness relief. The red is now gone and there is no more flakiness.
