Wet Seal is a great brand. Not very expensive. When I think of more I'll let you know. Pay less for shoes at Payless.

I have a friend who is a young lady and she loves H&M. She thinks the price is good and looks very fashionable.

I'd have to say either Old Navy or H&M. Both have many styles of almost everything and great prices to go with it.

definitely h&m if u kno how to work their clothes.
really good prices too!
u could always add like a belt over ur shirt or something to make it look more sophisticated.

lol idk if its a clothing brand but stores like tj maxx and marshalls and stuff carry relle cute cheap clothes.
