why did hitler leave the blacks?

Two related questions for intellegent comments only:

1. I have reasearched widely and the Nazi's did not go after the blacks. was it because they thought the race was just so docile?
or am I wrong? Have the blacks grown a chip on their shoulder since 1940?
2. Nowadays you get the 'anti nazi league'. OMG! what are they supposed to do when the war ended 60 years ago? where do they get there money from? The taxpayer I bet.

1) There weren't any blacks in Nazi Germany, which is why there are no recorded attacks on them, but if you read Mien Kampf, Hitlers book, you'll find that he singled you three categories that he felt people fell into. The first was the Aryan race, this included Germans, most Europeans, the Britain's, and the Americans. Then the second race he thought existed was a subservient race of those of Russian and Oriental backgrounds. The last class of people he singled out were the ones he felt should be completely destroyed. This included the Jewish, the Blacks, and the other races. In addition to this he advocated the elimination of those with physical and mental handicaps or hereditary deasise in order to cleanse the gene pool.

2) The Neonazi movement is full of bigots who don't know what the hell they're saying.

Firstly, there were very few, if any, black people in Germany in the '40's. Hitler was more concerned with Gypsies, Jews, etc. I expect he would have moved onto the black races if he'd won the war. You will find that these racist groups go after one section of people at a time. I don't know what you are talking about regarding 'chips' on shoulders of black people. Perhaps you have not researched slavery, etc. etc.

Secondly, there is an ever growing need for the anti nazi league because there is an ever growing number of neo nazis in the Western world. Are you going around with your eyes closed? There are more racist thugs now than ever before. They are more cunning than ever before because of the information age. Just because they are not all attacking Jews doesn't mean that they are not there. Many immigrants to many countries (ie, many races and creeds) are suffering racist attacks and murders every day.

Money is not the issue here.

I'll remind you of this idea, related to the war, but appropriate in any age:

1. They didn't go after the blacks because there were none in Nazi Germany back then. They targeted the Jews because they were there. The Nazi philosophy is for a superior race of soldiers. That's why they wanted everyone to be blond, blue eyed, square jawed, small nosed people. So that they would breed "super soldiers". According to them no other race fit this profile and agenda.

2. The whole white supremist, Neo-Nazi thing I think your getting at is a bunch of people that really don't know their *** from a hole in the ground. That war is over. But it spread over here to the racists and they addopted the Nazi beliefs as their own. But now there is more diversity in every country, so that they have to target every one else.If you ever meet a Neo Nazi racist with brown hair or brown eyes, go ahead and laugh at them to yourself because they are definitely ignorant. All of the others, the blood line has become completely diluted and there is no such thing as a "superior race" anymore so laugh at them too. They are also completely ignorant. As to where they get their money from they are just like everyone else with jobs and careers and their "league" relys on private funding and donations.

You need to research more,!Hitler persecuted not only Jews, but Gypsies and Black Races.Though there were relatively few blacks in Germany, Hitler discriminated between black and white prisoners of war. Black soldiers captured during World War II were separated from their units and shot.
Historians are just beginning to examine the Nazi files on blacks. Much of the information has yet to be obtained and made available to the public. To date, the few existent publications are available only in German.
There are a number of books on German racial theories that paint a cruel picture of minorities in that country during the Third Reich. These include Jews, blacks and Gypsies.
Mastermind, I think you to need to do more research,I think you will find there were at least 500-800 Black Germans living in Germany at that time!!

Hitler considered himself part of a master white race. His racism extended towards all other cultures and races not part of his white ayrian master race. He did not 'go after' the blacks as you so crudely put it because he had no need to, up until the time he was defeated. Hitler was known to have said he considered the black negro race as no better than animals. (would you consider that not going after blacks?)
As to your second point, there are still known nazi groups around the world today, so would you consider an anti terrorist organisation obselete as well.

Hitler and his evil regime went after the Jewish population as well as other "minority" groups during the holocaust as to find a group to blame for the horrible situation (particularly financially) that Germany was in. He was a conniving, power hungry man would literally KILL to become the dictator of Germany. I did not know anything about the African Americans, however, I don't think you'd find too many in Europe, especially then.

There were No Blacks that were set aside or treated differently that were POW's. Like the jewish POW's were.
