I am 28 years old with 3 kids and married. I work a full time job (8-5). Lately I find myself exhausted by the end of the day and sometimes mid-day. What kind of vitamins can I take that will give me more energy?

I agree with Blue Rose. B vitamins are great, just be careful about how much you take. High doses can lead to liver damage, not to mention a characteristic, "old person" smell. My hubby used to take elevated doses of B6 as a bug repellant when backpacking, and it kept more than bugs away...

I dont think there is any one vitamin that can do this. I have never found any. I can say that after being on an organic diet I have more energy and feel a lot less tired. Another girl I know quit eating beef for a month and she felt a lot better too, good luck.

A good multi-vitamin with IRON should help. I also find that if I eat a lunch heavy in carbs, I have a hard time staying awake. Try salad with chicken, tuna, hard-boiled eggs, or cheese. Skip the bread/pasta/potatoes and see if it helps!
