Whenever something scary or something that we can't control happens we scream. Like we think it's going to help or something?

Well in the days when men were being hunted by bears, tigers, etc. it was probably a good thing to be able to alert other people. We scream at scary things for the same reason, it's our primal instinct of survival.

Because we want to be heard. Its a natural instinct. Fight or Flight. But if you train yourself to scream Fire because people will come running instead of Help as people will lock their doors. You and your children will be much better off.

Not everybody screams.
If you scream that means your nerve is responding things quite rapid and nicely.
