What can I do to help relieve headaches and stomache aches?

Headaches: ibuprofen.
Stomach aches: it depends on what is causing the problem.

If you are having frequent stomach aches or headaches, I suggest you see a doctor to see if you have a more important issue going on. If you are asking here about these two common problems, it tells me you are having them more often than what is normal. Please see your doctor! It may just be stress but it could be something more significant.
