How do i get rid a this 8 year stalker?

Okay, here is goes: Ths guy has been stalking me for since i was 17. he was 14. Im 25 now and hes 22. I went to court cause of him 3 times. he used to ride around my house, sleep in my car..things like that. I was his friend when we were younger cause his parents died and i was there for him. So i didnt really feel like he was a threat, just annoyingly clingy and lonely. Now we're older and im creeped. The thing is, he left me alone after 3 months in jail (cause he was in my room at 3am), but he left me alone for a YEAR after that. Now, I moved.(not cause of him) but last night i saw his car out in front of my house. i called the cops and they said since i didnt see him get out of the car, they cant do anything. (i know i shouldve ied and said i saw him but it was too late) Now hes beibg 'slick' about his f***ing stalker ways. What can i do to get him? My husband is a total wuss about it! Its like we're used toit.

Take the record of your court history with you and request a TRO (temporary restraining order). Then, *document*, *document*, *document*.

Once you have a TRO, he's not allowed within a certain distance of you, even in a public place. He's also not allowed to contact you in any way.

Do NOT approach him - if you have a TRO and approach him, you can be accused of baiting him into breaking the TRO and you will get your case tossed from court. Likewise, don't try to get your husband to beat the tar out of this guy - all that will happen is that you'll end up alone and vulnerable while your husband's in jail for assault and battery.

Document *everything* - videotape is best, but timestamped photos are good too. He parks outside your house - video him out there.

If he shows up in a public place where you are, go immediately to security or call the police on your cell phone. The calls are documented whether they respond or NOT.

Document the name of every officer you speak to, *especially* if they refuse to respond or do anything.

Change your habits. Are there certain things you do at the same time each week - like go to the gym? Change them up.

If you have a garage, pull into the garage and shut the door before you leave your car - especially at night or if you're alone. If you don't, park as close to the house as possible and don't linger outside if your hands are full.

If you can afford it, change all your locks. Add deadbolts if you don't already have them. If your windows have locks - lock them. If they don't, get window locks. The cheapest ones are about 79 cents each at the hardware store. Also get locks for your sliding glass doors, if you have them.

If he starts calling, record your calls from him. If you don't have caller ID, now would be a good time to get it. Even if you don't answer or he doesn't leave a message, you'll have a record when he calls. Take photos of your CID display if he shows up on it. If you have an outgoing voicemail message with your voice, have your husband leave the message instead.

And take a self-defense course! If he comes into your house and surprises you, especially at night, you have the right to defend yourself.

I went through this for about 5 years and had to move twice before it stopped.

Call the police every time you see him near your home. Explain everything to the policeman, take pictures of him and his car for evidence when you get him back to court. Go to your local courthouse and fill out restraining order papers again, stalking falls under that category. When in court, all you have to do is show that you are honestly afraid of the guy. (and a paper trail of police reports, pictures, and convictions will help) Good luck. Been there, done that.

You need to set up some cameras and catch him doing these things. Then call the cops and make sure he goes to jail again. He sounds like a nut so you should be careful with him. Does he know you are married? Your husband should be careful too. You dont want this nutball hurting you or your husband! Have you actually asked why he is doing this?

many different ways, you could scare him up ( that means hire someone if your husband won't do it) and you have to make yourself not look so appealing to him. Just kidding, but I don't think you should have to move because of his problem. You can also send him to jail longer 2 ways. Either catch him in the act of stalking, or better yet set him up for a bigger crime. Since he has already been in jail, throw something illegal in his car house or whatever, and call police.. That will get rid of him for a bit. ha ha

i have a fool proof way to get rid of a stalker
i should kno ive had many since i am a rock star
1 (the lawful/wussy way) restraining order
2 (the psychological way) find out the things he dislikes the most, then confront him and use his weaknesses against him (I.e. say he HATES goths and vodka: go up to him with black hair/mascara/fake tatoos/fake piercings etc. with a bottle of absolut in your hand and then start making out (i swear its a one time thing!!) then start poring vodka all over yours and his face/body pour vodka over your tongue and start licking his face (One time thing!!!) this has a phycological shock effect. he will realize you are not for him and back down (this has been proven to work, u might not even have to do what i just described but something like that, just figure out what he hates and stuff)
3 (the bad girl way) if all else fails get the following: paintball gun/a LOT of toilet paper/spray paint/ binoculars-sniperscope/possibly a car.
This plan is the bazooka the suicide bomb in case all else fails.
1 whenever he comes by your house snipe him with paintball gun
2 shout a warning every time he comes by
3 after 3 warnings go to his house at night tepee it, spray paint his car saying "(his name) has a tiny d***" other nonsense (if car is in garage paint his house instead. next write "If u stalk me agian it will be much wors than this hahahahahahahahaha!!!!"
4 if he does do it again get a hit man and beat him up making sure the stalker gets the message.
5 if this con't make his life a living hell by...well use your imagination ive already done my share of the thinking.

Even if he went to jail and got out and is still stalking you, get a restraining order against him. If that doesn't work call the police again for violating the restraining order.

Put a restraining order on him. Keep a log of incidents (date, time, place) what happened, and names of witnessess everytime you see him. I would contact the court and let them know what he is doing, also I would call the police and ask them what you can do. Tell them the situation and ask them to patrol your house.

Confront the freak.

Explain to him..that you were there for him when you were kids..but things change, and you are married and have a new life that does not include him. He needs ot get lost and get on with his life..its not healthy...and if he still persists...then get a restraining order..you are going to need evidence though that he is stalking you. Presents, letters, video of him parked in front of your house...etc.....Good luck.

We had the same problem, a stalker was stickin to my girlfriend ***.

Spying on windows, telephone hand up, an deven someday he just waoke up totally ....disturbed, with false statements etc. Totally crazy. Stalker know their power, really, they will always do whetever they can to manipulate.

Tha day he called us and said he was gonna blow our appartement. Nice... And said he was also gonna blow my girlfriend appartement...So he came at my appartement with a ice pick...That guy was a friend..like you..And he yelles and slammed the pick on the locked door..I was so angry....

I started to throw him our dishes....lol and then he tryied to enter by window opened. So I hited him with the baseball bat he gave firlfriend to protect herself when the ywere friend.....lol
Never heard about him again, o yes i time, our eyes cross on downtown, but he didn't even crossed the strret or mind at all....that was over...

Stalker will stalk until you seriously put and end to it. Law protect them. Talk (again) to policemens....No stalker are the very same, but it look alike in psychological profiles...

Pretty sure eh wasn't loving you, even if he said so, he love the good you made to him, when he will come down, he might see it , but it really have to have a rupture in his vision...
