By strict definition there is not a single species of plant on this world that is formed by just A cell.
Unicellular organisms are located on Proctista Kingdom, plants are on Plant Kingdom.

Euglena and the majority of algae are unicellular. Dinoflagellates are mostly unicellular, along with Yellow-brown algae, brown algae, green algae and diatoms.
