ive downloaded skybot to my comp & its a bit of a bother, so i want to remove it?

tried the add/remove, does not work, also tried to remove from programmes, both say some uninstall file missing, im having networking problems too can someone help

Best advice: Go to the websites Q&A page. If that does not help, contact the tech support. Sometimes you have to do this via e-mail but it will get you help in a day or so. If there is a phone number call it for some tech support if the above does not work for you. Sometimes you have to first exhaust the above before tech will respond to a call for help.

I don't understand why the Add/Remove applet did not work. It shuold have just removed it. You may need to download and install the missing uninstall file. Shouldn't be too difficult to locate at the website or tech support can e-mail the link to you.
