It smells like when I just got my ears pierced, weird!!

Hmm..mine smells like fields of jasmine and roses. No wonder women like me. Just kidding.
It stinks...i guess it's because it's a hole that can trap dirt and water. It's hard to clean.
The real question is, why do men have lint in their belly button?

It's a bacteria that build up in people with Innies.
This bacteria when combined with sweat and dirt starts to smell rather pungent.
Try some Hydrocortizone creme and that will dry it up.
And for the people telling you to just wash it, sorry it doesnt work that way, washing it just gets rid of it temporarily maybe 12 hours before its back.

Use a q-tip to clean your belly button. Then it won't stink.

I recommend washing it and putting a little rubbing alcohol on it to kill any bacteria that may be causing it. If it happens to be pierced, you might have an infection, in which case you shoud consult the person who pierced it or talk to a doctor.

If it stinks then you aren't washing it good I guess. If it smells like cheese..........then clean it with a q-tip and alcohol. Good luck with that! HA! HA! HA!

Umm if anywhere on your body smells. You need to wash it. My naval doesn't have a scent to it. I never knew that it could.

Nope, but I wash mine everyday. I also use body spray on my bare belly in the mornings.

I wont smell it, GROSS! But its bacteria, I think. And you should wash more often.
