First off, is he your husband or your boyfriend?? Second, do not let him get away with that! Stop giving him what he wants, and see how he likes that. Don't caress him, don't rub him. Also, COMMUNICATE. Let him know that you are in need! Tell him that your needs are not being met, and what you would like him to do for you.

There has to be a reason, and he's the only one who knows what it is. You will be given many answers, and yes,it could be any of them. I suggest you talk to him about why he rolls over without satisfying you. Usually the husband is the one saying they aren't getting sex. Stop doing anything to him until he starts touching and satisfying you.

Hopefully the problem may be medical and not him cheating on you. You should confront him about it on a neutral turf: like after dinner, or on the weekend when he is likely not sleeping or working. Approach carefully, though. You may start by saying, "Honey, I've been feeling like we aren't attending to each other's "other" needs.." Try that way, so its not really pointing a blaming finger at him, while still getting your point across, then he may ask you to explain. If he cares, then he'll ask you to explain what you mean.
Good luck!

The first thing is talk to him about it. And if the problem does not improve suggest a trip to the doctor for some Viagra and then if that doesn't work counseling and then go from there.

He is having sex with someone else.
Men usually don't want to have sex with their wife's when they have been satisfied elsewhere. Spy on him or talk to him and let him know how you feel and if he admits to having sex with someone else(which he won't until he gets caught) then options are leave and find someone else or work things out and have him do it to you again.

Ask him if there is a problem, then talk it over and see
if it's fixable, if not then I guess you have to make the next choice, whatever that may be.
