Just be yourself. Most honest guys will appreciate a girl that is herself and does not try to make herself more than she is. If you are happy with your life, your body, and your situtation, it will show. You will be confident and happy. And guys like this. Guys do not like girls that appear to be something, then find out they are not. Guys want a girl that is 100% honest, truthful, and happy with their life. When you are happy with who you are and where you are at, then a guy will find you attractive to him.

just be yourself n its would attracts bf, never try to pretend n be someone else where you actually can't. outer beauty is very subjective which mean somethings looks good to me may not turn-on another person, don't worry you would find your soul mate one day.

I would say most guys go for half personality and half looks but I can't speak for every guy.
