Driving along the beach on the wet sand back in High School at about 40 mph and then turning into the surf to see how far into the surf I could go and still make it back out to the sand...
Plymouth Gold Duster... That car ended up rusting out on me...

Favorite childhood memory - going on vacation with the family to the beach. I have no idea what kind of car...something kind of old and probably in need of repair.
Favorite teenage memory - making out at the drive in. That would be a red 68 Plymouth Roadrunner, yellow 69 Plymouth Roadrunner and a 67 Ford Fairlane GT with medium blue metal flake paint. They all belonged to my current husband of 35 years, who is a car nut , in the two years we dated.
Favorite recent memory - the first time I drove my new granite 2006 Pontiac G6 GT, which my still car nut husband bought for me last month.

Going to the drive-in movies with my parents when I was little. We'd go early and play on the swings until dusk... then we'd eat hot dogs and popcorn... and during the intermission before the second movie my mom would change us into our pajamas so she could pop us into bed when we got home because we'd crash before the second feature was half over. The vehicle was our Ford van with a desert sunset mural painted on the side... circa 1978.

skipping out of school in my Honda Accord station wagon. i had an excuse to get out (it was a phony excuse) and my friend wanted to come too. I said ok and made him get in the trunk ( it was a station wagon, so it wasn't seperate) and i pulled a tarp over top of it. The cop that guarded who left suspected something suspicious and told me to take down the tarp. I just sped off, and we just drove around because we didnt have anything better to do.

My grandfather used to have an old giant Cadillac and during the holidays he when we visited he would always drive us home. I remember always falling asleep in the back seat on the 20 minute ride home, it was such a smooth ride.

When my husband was driving me to the hospital when I was in labor. I had ALL kinds of time, he was just so nervous, he sped like a bat out of hell and I thought I was never gonna make it to the hospital in one piece. It was a Ford Taurus.
