Try checking if NC has a case net .com i know my state does it will show you the persons records and every thing they've been charged with and other info. type in NCcasenet.com Im not sure if they do but i know MO does oh but when you try spell out NC.

Look on the department of corrections site in your state or check the court dockets in the county he lives in. Most states and counties have online sites where you can find out that information. If he isn't already in prison, though, I would start with the court docket.
