I know mapquest and others have multiple points driving directions. But, I would just like to plot multiple points on a map. (The reason is because I am looking for a house and would like to see where they are in conjuction with each other, and preferably be able to print the map).

Low budget solution:

Many city governments have maps on line.
You could capture one fairly easily and save it as a graphic.

Using GIMP or other graphics editor, you could mark it up all you like.
