lily is a cute name for a little girl but bella is more like a dogs name so use lily

Well..it depends..the foreign names are pretty popular...are you going to pronounce it the Italian or Spanish way Bella....Italing is pronouncing it with the L sound. the Spanish is with a "Y" sound like Bay Yah. It is a nice name and means beautiful in both languages. If you want people to get the pronunciation right on the first try...go with Lily...but I don't care for it that much

i like the name Bella more because in italian it means lady but the name Lily is also good because it is the name of a flower
