Yes I have. I have came to the realization that everyone dies and I view it more as leaving your body than being dead forever. I am not very religious but I do believe in an after life.

Every person feels this way at some point in their lives, as they awaken to the fact that they are eventually going back to sleep again. Think of it as what you are seeing behind you right now, looking straight ahead.
