I don't know if Tommy actually personally showed Kira pictures of the old rangers, but in an early episode called "Legacy of Power" (not coincidentally, the 500th episode of Power Rangers), the Dino Thunder Rangers discover a video recorded by Tommy that sums up the entire Power Rangers' history up to that point.
