Actually yes, because what they do is remove the upper-most layers of dead skin. There are several on the market today. If however, you have deep wrinkles or acne scars, you will need to see a plastic surgeon who will do a cosmetic derm-abrasion to remove those.

Gee, I'd hate to have CLOTHES made from microdermabrasion pads because they are used to scrape off the top layer of skin, usually from your face. If your CLOTHES were made from this material, it would scrape the skin off your whole body!
