Most top rated MBA programs let you take a number of MIS based business classes. All of them allow you to get a joint MS-MBA.
Some are better than others. MIT, for example, has excellent MIS programs within the Sloan School. It also has one of the best MBA programs around. While you can get a technical MBA there -- their general program need be no more technical than any of the other top programs.

Too many to count. I recieved my MBA with an emphasis in MIS (Managment of Information Science) from Azusa Pacific University in 2001. I Then secured a cush job in County Governement and have prospered.
