For him 2 complain of soreness he must mean it as kids dont usually feel pain unless it's really noticable 2 them, i have a 2 and a half yr old boy. i'd advise u take him 2 the doctor as if his boys bits r swollen it may be mumps but it's very unlikely. if they r just sore try putting vaseline on them. dont worry i'm sure he's fine. & as for what he calls his bits, i think he's still too young 2 know the proper names and uses.

I agree. You need to use the correct terms with your son. These silly nicknames teach him nothing.
Also, it's normal for kids to play and explore their bodies. But if he complaining that they are sore, then take him to the doctor. He could have something wrong.

I think it`s a common stage that little boys go through, but it might be as well to get him checked over by a doctor or health visitor just incase he has a little infection there, if he hasn`t then don`t worry, he`ll grow out of it.

Straight to the doctor, this can be all manner of things from constipation to cancer.
Hopefully it will be nothing but we men, and little boys too, need to take care of down their just the way ladies do with breast awareness

speak to the doctor, my son is 3 and a half, plays with his 'winkey' all the time but he just has a big smile and certainly no complaints. so I'd get your little man and his 'little man' checked out.
