Those are normal sized boobs- not that big.

there are some breast reduction exercises check the web for the safest and right way to do them,
but they are only going to get bigger if your pregant you could always get bra's to make them appear smaller

there are no exercises to decrease the size of your bust. if you are pregnant they should go back down some after your milk dries up.
