Im really new. But I wanted to get a niche in the market here in manila by selling my line of T-shirt brand. the concept is catared for the MTV generation. Can you give me suggestions frm start to finish? Tnx! technically--I would wanted to copy the concept of www.macbethfootwear.com but my first line is the T-shirt with vintage designs i suppose?

It's very competative. I recommend buying t's from a company, relabeling them, and contracting out a silk-screener to print your deisgns. Keep your overhead down and make up spec samples first to try to gether interest and get wholesale orders before printing a bunch and warehousing them.

You can do it for free on the net. Open a shop at CafePress. And make good use of the CafePress forum to learn how to market shirts. If your stuff does well then you can buy a bunch from your own shop and try to peddle them locally. Then later you can gradually switch to doing your own printing and warehousing.

Maybe you should start smaller. Maybe something like doing T shirts for the neighborhood for $5. Then start out in 2 neighborhoods. then maybe tell them if they recommend you and the person that they recommended buys a shirt they get $2.00 off. that would be a great place to start.
