the battery went totally dead and not I cannot turn my phone on, what do i do to get my phone working again

I understand that u see this message into the bootloader mode.. do you see a black screen saying software version and usb cable and staff?
Ok, Did you do any flashing with a wronge flex/flash?
A cure-all is to reflash your device with a monsterpack.
but you need to fully charge your battery first!
For your battery try to charge it with any external universal charger or into any other phone that use BR50 battaries. RAZR will never charge into the bootloader mode.
use RSD Lite\SDL.exe to flash your RAZR.

Sometimes batteries go bad, go to the phone store and have them check it...
