I dont think you can sue a parent for that but I bet you can sue the bar establishment if something occurred between you and the underage girl and you were accused of messing around with a minor. The bar should be responsible for the patron who enter.

no u cant. and besides you were underage once. u tried to experiment, and didn't it feel good that you fooled someone of your real age, that someone liked you because you were older. If you didnt do it when u were underage, well, sorry because you missed the fun , dont take it out on that poor girl or the poor girl's parent or guardian. its your fault u got misled. walk away peacefully and find someone your age.

not if she is 18 19 or 20 for that means she is an adult who can not drink. If under 18 it is not worth it. you need to be very careful now days and let the parents know where you found there kid and let the kid get in trouble. ( besides i know underage guys who also do this, is it ok for them or not ok. consider this before making decisions)

Why would you want to sue them? They didn't do anything wrong - chances are the girl is there without her parent's knowledge. Why not look for someone who doesn't look like jailbait?

Why would you want to sue her parents? Man, what is this country coming to? Just break it off with her.

I'm confused about what harm you suffered in this scenario. Suing is a tool to recover expenses and damages... not something to get "revenge" or cover your embarrassing attentions to a minor.

Sue for what? It was her choice to do that! She is the one who should be arrested for breaking the law.

The better question is what is she doing in a bar? Did she use fake ID? I would talk to the bar owner.
