Do they still have lockers in schools?

Question

like in public schools do they still have lockers like in the movies? Not P.E. lockers but like regular lockers so you can put your stuff in it? Those are like non-existant in cali now.

I'm on Long island, and I have a 6-inch-wide, 5-foot-tall locker for next year, as well as a 10-inch-square gym locker. I go to public school, and the lockers must be over ten years old. We have to provide our own locks for the regular locers and the school provides locks for gym lockers. If we lose the lock, we pay $5. If they need to search our regular lockers or the lock doesn't work or something, the custodians saw the lock off without informing you, and they don't give you money to buy a new one. It's incredibly one-sided.

I live FL in middle school and there are lockers everywhere but we dont use them. We only have P.E. Lockers and Band Lockers.

The school my kids go to have lockers for their class stuff and PE lockers. And yes, you can stuff a kid in one and shut the door - even lock it. It's quite hilarious and I know I shouldn't think that being an adult.

i live in california and my school has P.E lockers and regular lockers. its a new school. older ones dont usually have them

yes. usually the locers in the halls for books have school locks on them, the lockers in pe usually dont.

In England most secondry education schools have them. There is a deposit to pay for a key and then it is yours.
